Thanks to its round form and edge-lit technology, it can be used to create a flattering softbox-like look, while its output makes it useful for creative setups in need of a bright, yet thin fixture. The Verge Max is part of the brand's first LED series designed for desktop creators and is ideal for those who desire warm-to-cool white colour without giving up comfort for the eyes during long recording sessions. The Max version is optimised with front-facing controls and app compatibility, plus a convenient desk clamp stand for overhead or low-angle lighting. It suits live-streaming setups, video recording, product work, and other kinds of content creation. The included desk stand clamps directly onto your desk, while providing easy light positioning. The ultrathin body of the Verge Max with a charcoal finish will complement your workspace decor and ensure complete silence and flicker-free operation. Whether placed at your desk, near walls, or in a corner, its space-saving design won't compromise high brightness and quality of light.
Circular Shape
Think of an ultrathin, yet large circular surface for compact home studio creators. The Verge Max circular LED panel delivers a soft, diffused output similar to a traditional COB light in a low-profile, space-saving form factor.
Bi-Colour Punch
The Verge Max panel is a versatile circular LED light source measuring 620 x 600 x 35mm with a bi-colour colour temperature range of 2700 to 6500K. Light intensity is variable too with dimming from 0 to 100% to serve as an adjustable key light or match the ambient light level. The Verge Max delivers bright illuminance of 1955 lux from 1m at 5600K and up to 6455 lumens. A separately available grid can further control the output and keep it at 1450 lux at the same distance and colour temperature.
Edge-Lit Soft Lighting
Edge-lit technology and RG0-certified, the Verge Max ensures soft and diffuse light, while providing the highest level of eye safety during long recording sessions. This means long hours of comfortable streaming sessions without eye strain. The Verge Max eliminates UV light, while minimising blue light to reduce eye fatigue.
Colour Accuracy
60W of maximum power and high CRI 96 and TLCI 98 ratings help accurately render colour to provide natural, true-to-life skin tones and shooting effects. The Verge Max will benefit livestreamers, e-commerce sellers, product photographers, and any other video or photo creator working from a compact studio or home office with limited space.
FX Mode
Activate the light's seven effects that include fireworks, faulty bulb, lightning, TV, strobe, explosion, and fire to spark creative expression.
Convenient Front-Facing Controls

The amaran Verge Max is a more convenient LED panel with intentionally front-facing controls that will facilitate your workflow. The Verge Max enables a polished, on and off-camera appearance with quick and reliable control methods.
App Control
Make lighting adjustments locally on the light or remotely by downloading the amaran app. The app gives you fine-tune control of colour, brightness, and other functionalities right from your smartphone and other devices. Users can also opt for Stream Deck compatibility or Sidus Link control options. App connectivity has a generous 100m Bluetooth wireless range.
USB-C Power
This panel is powered by a clutter-free USB-C connection supporting PD technology. The Verge Max is compatible with USB-C PD3.0 power supply standards, but amaran recommends the use of the included 65W USB-C PD power adapter. The AC power cable is included as well.
Passive Cooling
Fanless passive cooling ensures a completely silent environment for uninterrupted video recording. Whether you're streaming, video conferencing, or recording content, the Verge Max silent performance helps you capture clear sound without compromise.
Mounting & Optional Accessories
Use a separately available stand adapter to attach the fixture to a traditional optional light stand. The Verge Max is part of the brand's Verge Lock mounting system to provide a quick and easy setup. A desk clamp stand is included here, so you can clamp the light to a desk, and conveniently place it behind your computer monitor to take up minimal space. The brand also offers a dedicated, separately available light control grid to further modify the directionality of the Verge Max fixture.

All deliveries within Australia are facilitated by Australia Post, Startrack or other courier services depending on the method you select during checkout and the dimensions/weight of the package. Generally, we dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order unless otherwise stated. We have a quick turnaround time on postage and handling. Tracking numbers are issued via our automated e-mail system, however, if you do not receive your tracking number, please message our helpful staff and we'll attempt to provide as much information regarding your order as possible.
Please allow between 2-7 business days for standard deliveries to metro* areas and capital cities. For suburbs outside metro areas please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. *Metro capital cities include: Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart or Darwin.
All products are covered by an Australian 12 month warranty. This can be either a manufacturer's warranty or a Hypop warranty depending on the product's origin. The warranty covers manufacturers faults, defects, parts and labour. This means that any fault that is deemed to be due to manufacturing will be covered by the warranty for any parts and labour required to fix it. In some cases when the cost of repair outweighs that of a replacement, a suitable replacement product may be offered. These products are not covered by our 12 month warranty as these products are susceptible to regular wear-and-tear and can get damaged for a variety of reasons not deemed as a manufacturer's fault. If these products are faulty or DOA please notify us within 7 days for a replacement. PLEASE NOTE: *This excludes Light Bulbs, Cotton Muslin Backdrops, Paper Backdrop Rolls, Batteries, Consumable Products and Travel Carry Bags included with our kits. DEMO STOCK: All demo stock items are sold 'as-is' and come with a standard 12 month warranty.
