Our main product compliance requirements include the following key electrical safety standards and EMC standards.
Where necessary our products meet the electrical safety requirements of the Electrical (Consumer Safety) Act 2004 (regulated by NSW Fair Trading). This typically pertains to all products known as declared items such as power supplies and LED drivers. Also known as SAA approval, C-tick or RCM (Regulatory Compliance Mark).
Utilising products which are not safe or do not have the required safety documentation can be dangerous to the user and/or can void any potential warranty claims that may arise.
All deliveries within Australia are facilitated by Australia Post, Startrack or other courier services depending on the method you select during checkout and the dimensions/weight of the package. Generally, we dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order unless otherwise stated. We have a quick turnaround time on postage and handling. Tracking numbers are issued via our automated e-mail system, however, if you do not receive your tracking number, please message our helpful staff and we'll attempt to provide as much information regarding your order as possible.
Please allow between 2-7 business days for standard deliveries to metro* areas and capital cities. For suburbs outside metro areas please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. *Metro capital cities include: Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart or Darwin.
All products are covered by an Australian 12 month warranty. This can be either a manufacturer's warranty or a Hypop warranty depending on the product's origin. The warranty covers manufacturers faults, defects, parts and labour. This means that any fault that is deemed to be due to manufacturing will be covered by the warranty for any parts and labour required to fix it. In some cases when the cost of repair outweighs that of a replacement, a suitable replacement product may be offered. These products are not covered by our 12 month warranty as these products are susceptible to regular wear-and-tear and can get damaged for a variety of reasons not deemed as a manufacturer's fault. If these products are faulty or DOA please notify us within 7 days for a replacement. PLEASE NOTE: *This excludes Light Bulbs, Cotton Muslin Backdrops, Paper Backdrop Rolls, Batteries, Consumable Products and Travel Carry Bags included with our kits. DEMO STOCK: All demo stock items are sold 'as-is' and come with a standard 12 month warranty. Stock will either be repaired, substituted with a similar demo item (subject to availability), you may opt for an exchange or a store credit may be offered. Please contact us for further detail.

This is great, does exactly what I wanted it to do. Of course bigger and especially wider would be better, but I am glad I didn’t get the bigger one. Remember to consider the 3D size.
The hypop company is to be commended their service was impeccable start to finish.
Immediately received tracking info. Which continued until my product arrived. Thanks to the courier the box and Internal sheets were torn. I didn’t get time to open the product for a week. Got busy and thought nothing of it. Oh dear! I contacted Hypop. Immediate response they sent me a new set of liners. If you are fence sitting, stop. Just order it.
This photo box is really wonderful! Set up was a breeze. You can see the wine bottle in it for size.The lights are bright and detachable so you can change the angle.The colour backgrounds are good too. But you can add your own accordingly.I am very happy with it.You can see more pics on my

I bought this light box to replace one that was too large for the scale of my work - and it has met and exceeded my expectations. The design is great - easy to put together, easy to use and easy to store (which is a really nice benefit!). I especially like the magnetic light strips, which are very easy to adjust. Bought this to take photos of my products and I really like it! It‘s very easy to assemble and disassemble, which is really important because this lightbox is for my business. First time, it took about 10 mins to assemble.
Brightness can be adjusted and it‘s doesnt get warm inside even with the brightest setting. adjustable brightness is helful in this case because the white package reflected a lot of light and i needed to turned it down to a much lower setting.
Bought this to replace and upgrade my homemade photo box. Use this for my Etsy items and happy with the 16x16 size. Anything smaller would have been a pain to deal with as far a s changing out backgrounds. Very easy to assemble and the lighting is very bright! Pictures that I took for this review used at half strength and using my phone without editing. I normally take product pictures with my DSLR. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to upgrade!
Works great!
Be mindful of the leds when shooting from above. If you have products on a reflecting surface, you may get the leds in the shot. Try flat/matte type surfaces especially for the overhead shots.
I'll be using this product to run an Etsy shop for the Holidays. I tried it once, and will really start to use it in ernest at the end of the month when my inventory is ready. I'll update after the holiday season.
The product is cool. It works as expected. Big enough to fit tapware in (we sell tapware - Brewers.com.au if you need a tap ;)) and showcases it nicely.

This is the most amazing product I’ve ever bought. I’m a chef and I hate taking pictures of my food because the background takes away from the food. This item is large enough for me to also take pictures of my tiered cakes. I’m so excited!! It’s easy to assemble and makes taking pictures a breeze
