12 Month Warranty*The Hollyland Solidcom C1 Pro ENC Wireless Master Headset delivers reliable full-duplex wireless communication with dual-mic Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC), ensuring clear conversations even in noisy environments. Its true-wireless DECT design eliminates the need for a bodypack or hub, while the lightweight single-sided headset provides all-day comfort. The master headset can connect with up to seven remote headsets without a hub, or be expanded to support up to nine users by adding an optional hub, with further scalability available by daisy-chaining additional hubs.
Two rechargeable batteries, an over-ear leather cushion, on-ear foam cushion, microphone windscreen, earpad, and carrying bag are included. When paired with remote headsets, the system transmits in the 1.9 GHz spectrum and uses proven DECT 6.0 technology to ensure secure and reliable transmission at a line-of-sight range of up to 1100'-making it well suited for a variety of applications including film/TV production, concerts, and live events.
Dual-Mic Environmental Noise Cancellation
For clear communication in loud environments, engage the dual-mic ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) feature. The ENC algorithm combines the main directional microphone at the speaker's mouth with a secondary omnidirectional environmental mic on the earcup to cancel out unwanted background noise for more intelligible speech. The microphone's wide 150 Hz to 7 kHz frequency response ensures detailed voice capture to keep your team working efficiently.
With no beltpack needed, the C1 Pro offers a highly portable and hands-free coordinating experience for media production teams and others looking for real-time voice communication at line-of-sight distances up to 1100'. The Pro version offers increased portability and durability over the original, while the single-ear headset design is dust and water resistant and designed to provide a comfortable all-day wearing experience.
Easy to Use
A long press on the A button on the master and remote headsets is all it takes; the headsets pair up in about 10 seconds and you're good to go. The microphone boom on each headset rotates 360°, allowing for left or right orientation. Rotating the boom arm up or down conveniently mutes the mic when not in use. Alternatively, the mute button on the earcup can be set to mute or push to talk, depending on the user's preference. An LED indicates the system is working and warns you when the battery is low.
Rechargeable Batteries
The master headset runs on a single rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The amount of battery time depends on the number of following headsets in use; with 1 to 5 remote headsets connected and the ENC features engaged, the battery will last for approximately 5 hours; with up to 7 following headsets in use, the battery life is 4 hours. Each battery fully recharges in 2.5 hours. Two batteries are provided.
Expandable and Backwards Compatible
The Solidcom C1 Pro system allows you to link up to 7 remote headsets (available separately) to the master headset without using a hub. The C1 Pro Hub Base (available separately) lets you use up to 8 remote headsets at once. The C1 Pro master headset is backward-compatible with the Solidcom C1 system. Note that the ENC technology functions by removing the environmental noise at the speaker side. Whether you're wearing a C1 or a C1 Pro, the environmental noise you hear will be significantly reduced as long as the sound is coming from a C1 Pro headset.

All deliveries within Australia are facilitated by Australia Post, Startrack or other courier services depending on the method you select during checkout and the dimensions/weight of the package. All products are covered by an Australian 12 month warranty. This can be either a manufacturer's warranty or a Hypop warranty depending on the product's origin. The warranty covers manufacturers faults, defects, parts and labour. This means that any fault that is deemed to be due to manufacturing will be covered by the warranty for any parts and labour required to fix it. In some cases when the cost of repair outweighs that of a replacement, a suitable replacement product may be offered. These products are not covered by our 12 month warranty as these products are susceptible to regular wear-and-tear and can get damaged for a variety of reasons not deemed as a manufacturer's fault. If these products are faulty or DOA please notify us within 7 days for a replacement.
