The system comes with four dual-ear headsets (one master and three remotes), eight rechargeable batteries, an 8-bay charger, and various crucial accessories. The system transmits in the 1.9 GHz spectrum and employs proven DECT 6.0 technology to ensure secure and reliable two-way transmission at a line-of-sight range of up to 1100' with wide frequency response for clear audio. The package comes with a storage case for protection and transport of your gear.
Dual-Mic Environmental Noise Cancellation
For clear communication in loud environments, engage the dual-mic ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) feature. The ENC algorithm combines the main directional microphone at the speaker's mouth with a secondary omnidirectional environmental mic on the earcup to cancel out unwanted background noise for more intelligible speech. The microphone's wide 150 Hz to 7 kHz frequency response ensures detailed voice capture to keep your team working efficiently.
True-Wireless Self-Contained Headset for 2-Way Communication
With no beltpack needed, the C1 Pro offers a highly portable and hands-free coordinating experience for media production teams and others looking for real-time voice communication at line-of-sight distances up to 1100'. The Pro version offers increased portability and durability over the original, while the dual-ear headset design is dust and water resistant and designed to provide a comfortable all-day wearing experience.
Easy to Use
A long press on the A button on the master and remote headsets is all it takes; the headsets pair up in about 10 seconds and you're good to go. The microphone boom on each headset rotates 360°, allowing for left or right orientation. Rotating the boom arm up or down conveniently mutes the mic when not in use. Alternatively, the mute button on the earcup can be set to mute or push to talk, depending on the user's preference. An LED indicates the system is working and warns you when the battery is low.
Rechargeable Batteries
The master headset runs on a single rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The amount of battery time depends on the number of following headsets in use; with one to five remote headsets connected and the ENC features engaged, the battery will last for approximately five hours; with up to seven remote headsets in use, the battery life is four hours. Each battery fully recharges in approximately two and a half hours. Eight batteries are included in this system.
Expandable and Backwards Compatible
The Solidcom C1 Pro system allows you to link up to seven remote headsets (available separately) to the master headset without using a hub. The C1 Pro Hub Base (available separately) lets you use up to eight remote headsets at once. The C1 Pro master headset is backward-compatible with the Solidcom C1 system. Note that the ENC technology functions by removing the environmental noise at the speaker side.

Please allow between 2-7 business days for standard deliveries to metro* areas and capital cities. For suburbs outside metro areas please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. *Metro capital cities include: Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart or Darwin.
All products are covered by an Australian 12 month warranty. This can be either a manufacturer's warranty or a Hypop warranty depending on the product's origin. The warranty covers manufacturers faults, defects, parts and labour. This means that any fault that is deemed to be due to manufacturing will be covered by the warranty for any parts and labour required to fix it. In some cases when the cost of repair outweighs that of a replacement, a suitable replacement product may be offered. These products are not covered by our 12 month warranty as these products are susceptible to regular wear-and-tear and can get damaged for a variety of reasons not deemed as a manufacturer's fault. If these products are faulty or DOA please notify us within 7 days for a replacement.
