12 Month Warranty*The Solidcom C1 Full-Duplex Wireless DECT Single-Ear Master Headset is designed to deliver clear audio and all-day comfort in a lightweight, single-ear, true-wireless design that requires no bodypack or Hub. It includes two rechargeable batteries, a mic cushion, an over-ear earmuff, and an on-ear earmuff for flexible use.
This master headset can be paired with up to five remote headsets (sold separately) without the need for a Hub. Using DECT 6.0 encryption and dual-antenna technology, it provides secure and stable wireless communication with a range of up to 1,000', making it suitable for film production, concerts, and public events.

With no beltpack or base station, the C1 headset offers a highly portable and hands-free coordinating experience for media production teams and others looking for real-time, non-blocking voice communication in socially distanced working scenarios at distances up to 1000'.
Easy to Use
Pairing with a remote headset (available separately) is quick and simple, and tactile volume buttons allow for fast adjustments-making the system easy to operate. The microphone boom on the headset rotates 360°, allowing for left or right orientation. Rotating the boom arm up or down conveniently mutes the mic when not in use. An LED indicates the system is working and warns you when the battery is low.
Add Remote Headsets, Add Hubs for Larger Systems
The Solidcom C1 system allows you to link up to 5 remote headsets to the master headset without using a Hub. The C1 Hub base (available separately) allows up to 8 headsets to be used at once. Up to 3 hubs can be cascaded with a standard RJ45 cable, allowing for up to 24 headsets to be used at the same time. The Hub also offers additional features including A/B grouping and an announce key that mutes all the headsets for emergency messages from the Hub base.
Two Rechargeable Batteries Included
The headset runs on a single rechargeable battery and a second battery is also provided as a backup to have on hand. The amount of battery time in the master headset depends on the number of following headsets in use; with 5 remote headsets connected, the battery will last for approximately 5 hours; with 3 remote headsets in use, the battery life is 6 hours. The battery fully recharges in 2.5 hours and a battery charging station is available separately.
Wide Frequency Response for Precise Coordination
The Solidcom C1 offers a 150 Hz to 7 kHz frequency response and premium acoustic echo cancellation (AEC) to ensure clear intelligible audio for effective teamwork. The directional mic captures the speaker's voice precisely while minimising unwanted background sound, making conversations easier even in noisy environments.
Enhanced Stability and Security with DECT 6.0
Built on the powerful DECT 6.0 platform and featuring a dual-antenna diversity scheme, the Solidcom C1 can prevent people outside the system from hearing your conversation with encryption technology and provides stable and reliable transmission with doubled user capacity on the communication channel.

Tracking numbers are issued via our automated e-mail system, however, if you do not receive your tracking number, please message our helpful staff and we'll attempt to provide as much information regarding your order as possible.
Please allow between 2-7 business days for standard deliveries to metro* areas and capital cities. For suburbs outside metro areas please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. *Metro capital cities include: Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart or Darwin.
All products are covered by an Australian 12 month warranty. This can be either a manufacturer's warranty or a Hypop warranty depending on the product's origin. The warranty covers manufacturers faults, defects, parts and labour. This means that any fault that is deemed to be due to manufacturing will be covered by the warranty for any parts and labour required to fix it. In some cases when the cost of repair outweighs that of a replacement, a suitable replacement product may be offered. These products are not covered by our 12 month warranty as these products are susceptible to regular wear-and-tear and can get damaged for a variety of reasons not deemed as a manufacturer's fault. If these products are faulty or DOA please notify us within 7 days for a replacement. PLEASE NOTE: *This excludes Light Bulbs, Cotton Muslin Backdrops, Paper Backdrop Rolls, Batteries, Consumable Products and Travel Carry Bags included with our kits. DEMO STOCK: All demo stock items are sold 'as-is' and come with a standard 12 month warranty.
