Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Note: For custom 3D printed products from our Print Lab, please allow an additional 1 business day for production.

Skip the shipping fees! You can pick up your order at 70 Robey St, Mascot. After placing your order and selecting local pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 4 hours.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
