Actors have a variety of options to constantly submit their projects online using audition websites such as Casting Networks, Actors Access, Backstage or Spotlight. While in-person auditions are still the format actors based out of major cities, the ability to self-tape an audition has allowed people to be considered for projects that are casting thousands of miles away from home. There are many benefits to owning a Spectrum Audition Lighting Kit for any actor or actress:
1. The ability to work on an audition until you are happy with the final product. It truly lets you put your best foot forward, therefore giving you a greater chance at catching the eye of the casting director and alleviating a lot of nerves that naturally come with in-person auditions.
2. Allowing you to be considered for jobs hundreds or thousands of miles away. In the past, actors use to mail a hard copy of a headshot to be considered then, if an audition is offered, actors would have to travel to a casting audition or or create a video tape and post it. Self-taping using the 'AUDITION' lighting kit increases access to auditions for actors and allows you to be seen for a wider range of projects, cutting out travel time and more time to practise auditioning.
Softbox Lighting
It assists in preventing spots and glare on photos or videos to create just the perfect shot. They differentiate between octagon soft boxes as they provide a rectangular/window catch light effect on photos and omit the lighting in a more squarish pattern which is suitable for model shots and covering areas from top to bottom.
- Natural colours: Achieve true colour with the two 85W 3000K-6500K adjustable LED bulbs included. You can select from a warm light, white light and a natural light.
- Set up within minutes: Standard issue Hypop light stands, collapsible soft-boxes makes set-up a breeze and can have you shooting within minutes.
- Remote Control Operation: The LED lighting can be adjusted via remote control, with dimming from 1-100%.

Backdrop Stand
They are a huge 2.8m x 3.0m (H x L) in size and are adjustable to create the perfect backdrop for your photos or videos. Our backdrop stand is manufactured specifically to suit our 3m x 6m background muslins and paper roll backgrounds.
Australian Safety and Compliance
As sellers of LED lighting products we are required by law to ensure all of our products are safe and compliant with Australian and International Standards. As a registered business and importer we also offer full product warranty and public liability.
Our main product compliance requirements include the following key electrical safety standards and EMC standards.
Where necessary our products meet the electrical safety requirements of the Electrical (Consumer Safety) Act 2004 (regulated by NSW Fair Trading). This typically pertains to all products known as declared items such as power supplies and LED drivers. Also known as SAA approval, C-tick or RCM (Regulatory Compliance Mark).
Utilising products which are not safe or do not have the required safety documentation can be dangerous to the user and/or can void any potential warranty claims that may arise.

All deliveries within Australia are facilitated by Australia Post, Startrack or other courier services depending on the method you select during checkout and the dimensions/weight of the package. Generally, we dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order unless otherwise stated. We have a quick turnaround time on postage and handling. Tracking numbers are issued via our automated e-mail system, however, if you do not receive your tracking number, please message our helpful staff and we'll attempt to provide as much information regarding your order as possible.
Please allow between 2-7 business days for standard deliveries to metro* areas and capital cities. For suburbs outside metro areas please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. *Metro capital cities include: Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart or Darwin.
All products are covered by an Australian 12 month warranty. This can be either a manufacturer's warranty or a Hypop warranty depending on the product's origin. The warranty covers manufacturers faults, defects, parts and labour. This means that any fault that is deemed to be due to manufacturing will be covered by the warranty for any parts and labour required to fix it. In some cases when the cost of repair outweighs that of a replacement, a suitable replacement product may be offered. These products are not covered by our 12 month warranty as these products are susceptible to regular wear-and-tear and can get damaged for a variety of reasons not deemed as a manufacturer's fault. If these products are faulty or DOA please notify us within 7 days for a replacement. PLEASE NOTE: *This excludes Light Bulbs, Cotton Muslin Backdrops, Paper Backdrop Rolls, Batteries, Consumable Products and Travel Carry Bags included with our kits. DEMO STOCK: All demo stock items are sold 'as-is' and come with a standard 12 month warranty. Stock will either be repaired, substituted with a similar demo item (subject to availability), you may opt for an exchange or a store credit may be offered. Please contact us for further detail.
