All deliveries within Australia are facilitated by Australia Post, Startrack or other courier services depending on the method you select during checkout and the dimensions/weight of the package. Generally, we dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order unless otherwise stated. We have a quick turnaround time on postage and handling. Tracking numbers are issued via our automated e-mail system, however, if you do not receive your tracking number, please message our helpful staff and we'll attempt to provide as much information regarding your order as possible.
Please allow between 2-7 business days for standard deliveries to metro* areas and capital cities. For suburbs outside metro areas please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. *Metro capital cities include: Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart or Darwin.
All products are covered by an Australian 12 month warranty. This can be either a manufacturer's warranty or a Hypop warranty depending on the product's origin. The warranty covers manufacturers faults, defects, parts and labour. This means that any fault that is deemed to be due to manufacturing will be covered by the warranty for any parts and labour required to fix it. In some cases when the cost of repair outweighs that of a replacement, a suitable replacement product may be offered. These products are not covered by our 12 month warranty as these products are susceptible to regular wear-and-tear and can get damaged for a variety of reasons not deemed as a manufacturer's fault. If these products are faulty or DOA please notify us within 7 days for a replacement. PLEASE NOTE: *This excludes Light Bulbs, Cotton Muslin Backdrops, Paper Backdrop Rolls, Batteries, Consumable Products and Travel Carry Bags included with our kits. DEMO STOCK: All demo stock items are sold 'as-is' and come with a standard 12 month warranty. Okay, so I tried to make my own studio box (twice) and it was an epic failure. Wish I had have purchased this from the outset. I LOVE my Foldio. It's lightweight, folds down flat, and so easy to use. Don't be a duffer like me and try the DIY path, get on to Hypop and buy the damn thing. You won't regret it. When you're doing product photograpy this is the best! Oh, and even in Lockdown delivery was super speedy.
I love this. It’s really well designed and has many great features. My one criticism is the app - it doesn’t always work exactly as it should. I did get a reply to my query though, so that is good. More tutorials on balancing the background fill and exposure levels would be helpful too. I still haven’t figured out how to get the background filled without overexposing the image.

Great set-up, easy to put up and fold away. Great lighting that can be dimmed. Size is perfect for jewellery photography, and the two backgrounds are easy to use. Only worry is that the sides are slightly bending outwards after leaving itself up for a while. Perhaps I need to fold it up after use.

We are over the moon! The box is easy to use, light, bright and saves us so much space and head ache. I loved to see how hypop took a negative review right into consideration and changed the way the background is send and stored. Very happy and definitely something to recommend for professional jewellery photography.

Hi there, as the review title suggests most of the product is fabulous, however one thing I think lets it down just a little is the fact that the black and white background sheets are folded and put in the box with the Foldio2. It would be great within your packaging to have it rolled, rather than folded as there are creases which I would have to paint out if I used them. I'm glad I have some other fabric backgrounds I can use from my old setup. Just a small thing, but they make a difference. Haven't had a chance to use the turntable yet, so hopefully that will work well. Cheers, Karen

This photography box is just perfect size for my handmade card business Yas Krafts! I’ve only tested one card in the box but needless to say it turned out really well! Packaging is great and the design of the box is easily placed as well as stored away! I do think I would have to edit the background as you can see the bend in the background sheet but other than that really amazing :smile:

The foldio 2 is fabulous. Plenty of Light by itself even without the Halo bars that make it awesome to use so you can fill the dark corners of your subject with pure white light.

The studio box is exactly as I hoped - a perfect size for small scale product photography. I purchased with the additional halo bars and highly recommend them; for my purposes I've found attaching them to the roof cover magnets works wonders on reducing reflections on a reflective surface (silver + glass). I've trialled both DSLR and smartphone and happy I went with the 15inch - the larger size would not have created the light I required for capturing detail on small jewellery components. My only complaint regards the backdrops - they came completely folded, extensively creased (packaged poorly by the brand) and collect every piece of lint in the vicinity. They were completely unusable so do yourself a favour and purchase some good quality backdrops. If the brand attended to the backdrops this would be the perfect package.
We are happy with this studio box, it's super easy to assemble and disassemble so very handy. It works well. It does take some time to learn how to set up the light well, but once you know it's a great little helper.
