12 Month Warranty*Spectrum "CUSTOM CUTS" is a custom cutting service for the Spectrum full-length background paper rolls. We custom-cut it to fit your space or your project needs. An exclusive service by Spectrum, we cut the paper roll according to your selected size and we ship the whole roll. This service is a small surcharge of $20. Size requests are in centimetres. Also, there are no refunds on custom-cut paper rolls. If there are any issues, please contact our customer service team.

Tips: Use backdrop pegs to secure to backdrop stand to prevent the roll from dropping are recommended
Size: The whole length is 272cm (2.72m) x 1000cm (10m), otherwise custom cut to your selected size. The remaining off cut greater than 150cm
Gross Weight: 6kg
*Please note there might be up to ±20mm (2cm) discrepancy as these will be hand cut using a special machine. Also the finish of the ends of the paper roll will not be perfect and may appear a little jagged. Measurements are NOT measured from the paper core but from the paper roll itself therefore this should be considered if your size needs are sensitive.

***For custom cuts greater than 150cm the remaining off-cut will not be supplied. For custom cuts less than 150cm we will supply the remaining off-cut with your order.

All deliveries within Australia are facilitated by Australia Post, Startrack or other courier services depending on the method you select during checkout and the dimensions/weight of the package. Generally, we dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order unless otherwise stated. We have a quick turnaround time on postage and handling. Tracking numbers are issued via our automated e-mail system, however, if you do not receive your tracking number, please message our helpful staff and we'll attempt to provide as much information regarding your order as possible.
Please allow between 2-7 business days for standard deliveries to metro* areas and capital cities. For suburbs outside metro areas please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. *Metro capital cities include: Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart or Darwin.
All products are covered by an Australian 12 month warranty. This can be either a manufacturer's warranty or a Hypop warranty depending on the product's origin. The warranty covers manufacturers faults, defects, parts and labour. This means that any fault that is deemed to be due to manufacturing will be covered by the warranty for any parts and labour required to fix it. In some cases when the cost of repair outweighs that of a replacement, a suitable replacement product may be offered. These products are not covered by our 12 month warranty as these products are susceptible to regular wear-and-tear and can get damaged for a variety of reasons not deemed as a manufacturer's fault. If these products are faulty or DOA please notify us within 7 days for a replacement. PLEASE NOTE: *This excludes Light Bulbs, Cotton Muslin Backdrops, Paper Backdrop Rolls, Batteries, Consumable Products and Travel Carry Bags included with our kits. DEMO STOCK: All demo stock items are sold 'as-is' and come with a standard 12 month warranty. Stock will either be repaired, substituted with a similar demo item (subject to availability), you may opt for an exchange or a store credit may be offered. Please contact us for further detail.

LOVE this colour. It’s easy to clean if you tear it and throw it away. Not to actually clean. It’s paper, so if it gets wet, you’ll have dark spots. I’ve used my backdrop a lot. And still have quite a bit left. One of my favourites!

If you want more full body shots I recommend a bigger size for sure. But this is beautiful. You can slightly change the colour in post processing too - I have made the backdrop a little darker!

I ordered a dark silver paper backdrop, 3m wide. It came quickly and in good condition. I am a photographer and thought my monitor setup would give me a good idea of brightness; but it's unfortunately lighter than I had anticipated. My only thought is to next time check more reference images that used the particular colour paper.

Love having this 2.7m wide backdrop it's taken a lot of pain out of the self taping process. Unlike using a blue screen that's rounded at the edges and narrower this backdrop takes away t he hassel of having to crop in. Great colour too and good quality.
