We are currently experiencing delays with shipments to Victoria and certain COVID-19 hot spots. There are delays in the delivery network due to higher volumes of packages therefore please allow additional time for your delivery to arrive. Our warehouses are maintaining social distancing practices, frequent cleaning and sanitising to maintain a COVID-19 safe environment. During these unprecedented times, we hope everyone is staying healthy and safe. At Hypop, we’re implementing preventative measures in line with the Australian Government and public health expert’s directives to ensure the safety of the greater community, including our staff and customers. We have implemented the following precautionary measures at the Hypop offices, showroom and warehouses:
• Providing hand sanitiser, face masks and gloves at our showroom
• Increasing the frequency of disinfectant cleaning of our Sydney showroom and warehouse
• Reduction of cash handling in-store (contactless payment is preferred)
• Training staff about best hygiene practices including, washing hands before and after each interaction
We highly recommend opting for delivery during these times. Check out the free shipping category on Hypop here. For a car park pick-up option, select ‘Click and Collect’ when you order online and call us again on 1300 449 767 when you arrive. We’ll meet you at the car park with your order.
At this time, you may experience some minor shipping delays on your order. Please make sure to check your tracking number with our shipping partners for estimated delivery time frames. Our partners Auspost, Startrack, DHL, Fastway, and Toll also provide contactless deliveries. Information in regards to this can be found directly via their websites.
As we try to adapt and move forward through this fluctuating economic climate the way we order stock from suppliers is evolving and changing. As of today, shipping rates for all inbound and outbound shipments have increased, making the cost of goods more expensive for retailers than in 2019.
Due to these developments in our stock ordering, we may need to implement pricing increases across a range of goods. We will do our best to keep prices as competitive as we can and still offer plenty of affordable solutions
